ABOUT SAmmy Evans

Sammy Evans is a Health and Human Performance graduate from the University of Montana. While going to school she also competed on the track and field team and currently competes post collegiately in the women's Triple Jump. Sammy has been a fitness coach for almost 3 years now.

Sammy's strengths include high intensity interval training, sports performance, strength and conditioning, nutrition, and mobility.

Samantha attended the University of New Mexico and completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science. While finishing her undergrad she competed on the track and field team in the women's Multi-Events. She then went on to get her Master's from Arizona State University in Sports Law and Business.


Samantha has been a fitness coach for  4 years and is certified in EXOS-XPS & NASM-CPT. She specializes in high intensity interval training (HIIT), sports performance, strength and conditioning, muscle gain, and nutrition. Her focus is to provide the best online fitness programs so you can get real results.
