The Bikini Bottoms Body Weight Program is 28 days long. This is a 4 day a week glute and lower body workout schedule that also includes 2 days of cardio and 1 day of active recovery. The workouts will flip flop between a push and pull movement pattern. Each week you will follow a different workout outline. Workouts are 30-45 minutes long. No equipment is needed for the bodyweight version, just an elevated surface and your own body!


A nutrition add on is included with this program. Remember that in order to make the gains and changes you want you must nourish yourself correctly and fuel your body to perform.
