The Bikini Bottoms Gym Program is 28 days long. This is a 4 day a week glute and lower body workout schedule that also includes 2 days of cardio and 1 day of active recovery. The workouts will flip flop between a push and pull movement pattern. Each week you will follow a different workout outline. Workouts are 30-45 minutes long. A Gym is required for this program.
A nutrition add on is included with this program. Remember that in order to make the gains and changes you want you must n0urish yourself correctly and fuel your body to perform.
