Working out with Sam and Sammy has completely changed my body. Before working out with them I felt like I hit a plateau in my fitness journey and needed an extra push. Once I started working out with them I started noticing myself losing fat, but gaining toned muscle. They are both so motivating and do their best to accommodate your individual needs and goals. Iv'e become much more confident in how I look and feel. I look forward to going to the gym every morning! I am in the best shape I've ever been in and can't wait to see the progress I make in the months and years to come!

Coming to Sammy for the first time I can honestly say i was terrified. I was not sure what I was walking into. My friend had invited me months before but i always just blew off the invitation and always told myself, “no you’re good at your gym. you’re fine.” I was comfortable at my gym; I knew the people, the space, and I had my own routine there. but ultimately I wasn't being pushed in my work outs. If I didn’t want to do something I simply would say no and the trainer would come up with something easier. I had become lazy, unmotivated, and unhappy with myself.

One day I finally decided to take my friend up on her offer and not to sound overly corny, but it honestly changed me; it lit a spark in me that had gone out. Walking into the gym and meeting both Sammy and Sam immediately I was welcomed with warm smiles and a positive environment, which my old gym lacked. I remember talking to Sammy and it was nothing but encouragement,  reassurance and positivity which honestly all I needed at that time. after my first work out with her, I immediately wanted to come back. It was one of the best work outs i’ve had in a long time.
Now, I have been training with Sammy for seven months and my spark has turned into a full on flame. I want to be a better me and with Sammy in my corner that is very possible. I have my own womanly insecurities and obstacles, but thankfully Sammy is encouraging, caring and is motivational. I work out four to five times a week, eat cleaner and am now seeing body results which used to seem like an impossible goal to reach. But with a great trainer who answers your questions, sets individual goals and checks on you daily it’s easy to accomplish.

So thank you Sammy and Sam for pulling me out of my funk! You guys are really appreciated!
